Sturt Desert Peas

I was thrilled to see some of these peas flowering today. They're so vibrant and eye-catching. It was growing in amongst some weeds, at the foot of a factory fence.
One of Australia's best known wildflowers, it's 'proper' name is Swainsona formosa.
