Home Coming

My girl hopped on the train straight after work. She hopped off a bit less energetically at 10.30pm and I scooped her up.

The squeeze, the smell, her smile, the tired eyes brought joy to my weary body.

She is home to make sure she misses nothing. She feels so far away, she has so many questions snd needs comforting.
