The Piece Hall

SATURDAY

Felt a bit rough this morning but nevertheless headed off down Halifax for one of the local Parkruns. My legs didn't really get into gear, the trail section was pretty muddy and I finished on 25:40 which is well off my PB here.

37th position overall and 1st in age group despite the slow time.

Back down Halifax this afternoon for some shopping and a coffee. I popped into the Piece Hall for the customary blip. 

It's in danger of becoming a habit on Saturdays.
