Brown Fat vs. White Fat

When I was down swimming in the Forty Foot one of the swimmers told me about Brown Fat and body temperature. Will have to ask Mr/Mrs Google for more information on it. Sounds interesting.

After he got out, my mind went into freeflow. It wandered back to when I used to treat myself to the odd Irish Coffee. So I decided I would have one or two or more tonight. So there you go. Bought a bottle of whiskey and  cream. Already had the  sugar and coffee. 

As I travel on through the night I always start to leave out the odd ingredient but they still taste wonderful.
