Linesmen at work

At work today this is two of my colleagues disconnecting an 11,000 volt overhead line using Hot Glove techniques.Tthe guy on the floor is the Dedicated Observer (D-O) watching the bigger picture so that there are no accidents as the overhead line is live whilst the guys are working.
