New voter registration system will never take off

We're hosting, or co-hosting, or sort-of-co-hosting, a celebration for Mrs Ottawacker's niece, who has decided to take the plunge and get married. 

The wedding was actually a couple of weeks ago in Hamilton, but we are having our own celebration with them this weekend. 

"Can we make you a cake?" asked Mrs Ottawacker. 
"Oooh, yes please. Can you do a carrot cake?" came the unexpected response. 

And so Ottawacker Jr was enlisted to help, and a large number of iced carrots were created to place on top of the finished masterpiece.

But who wants to see a picture of a stunning wedding cake when you can have a stainless steel bowl of green and a series of dirty fingers? Eh?
