Healthy Eating Plan

Doesn’t look like much, but this was Supper - Uncured Italian Dry Salami with raw cheese on top and half an apple. Main meal was at lunch time with the family, which D cooked - roast Lamb with Cauliflower Rice and Veggies. All delicious. The exception was the slice of Pumpkin Pie because at that point I hadn’t realized today was the day I had planned to start my Plan.

The plan is in general to say no to sugar and flour. To eat mostly protein and fat with some berries and leafy greens - mostly like primitive people ate before processed foods.
Start the day with Celery Juice
Fast till noon, except for black coffee or Super Power Coffee
Breakfast with eggs, bacon, chops, etc
Eat green leaf salad or soup for lunch with SCT oil in it
Dinner is all Protein and Fat
Glass of wine, brandy or whiskey and small square of chocolate for treat occasionally.
