A winter's evening

After a grey and dull morning, the thick cloud cover lifted to reveal a beautiful sunny afternoon. I missed the opportunity to get the sunset at it's peak as I was on the school run, but immediately after the sunset there was still a faint golden glow warning the cold wintry scene.
