Putting The Art In Dartmoor

Out on Dartmoor, in the middle of nowhere is my parents house. There are two houses nearby and one of them has this in their garage. Apparently comissioned by a neighbour, I saw the artist woking on it earlier. I just had to sneak over for a little look-see. It is quite amazing, hopefully I'll see the chap working on it tomorrow.
