Bird’s eye view!

The day started as it continued not much wind , lovely clouds & a bit of blue sky! We had a good drive up the coast to a Scarborough then inland to Pickering, parked up & explored the market, had lunch , visited a beautiful old church with wall paintings from 500 years ago!
Drove over the North York moors in the National Park ....quite stunning ! Arrived in Whitby mid afternoon, sorted ourselves out with accommodation. Had a walk along the sea front & harbour , this is Captain Cook! Two Australian visitors were taking photos of the man who found their country in 1700s
A really good dinner in a small restaurant....scallops were yummy!
