Healthy Eating!

I have always tried to prepare healthy meals for my family and feel like I accomplished that most of the time. But it wasn’t until I became a health coach a year and a half ago , that I really paid greater attention to eating healthy. Now I am consistently being careful with portion size. Using healthier ways of cooking and always making a emphasis on bringing out the natural flavors of food. I have made it a goal to try two new healthy recipes a month. Tonight’s dinner was Cauliflower asparagus risotto with roast chicken. After reading through the recipe, I decided to add my own twist to this recipe with some lemon juice and grated lemon rind. I believe the meal was a success since I made my husband very happy!
