New home?

In Dol again so went to look again at plot I’d like to build on.

This would be view across park. I could see several Ouessant sheep and a gang of goats. As a foot/bike path will be constructed to make short walk to town centre, but immediate surroundings are rural. So although building a new house on a lotissment would not be something I’d ever imagined doing, this will be the best compromise. However getting money to do it will be very difficult.
If onlry i could get someone to buy my current wonderful home.
