289/365 16th Oct Onion Jack Tour #3 !  3rd biannual Onion Jack Tour to celebrate & remember the “Onion Johnnies” who for well over 100 years used to travel over from Brittany to sell onions all over the country. 2 festivals are held 1st in Roscoff in May and the 2nd in West Bay & Bridport in October, onion producers and musicians travel over for 3 days of music and fun. As it used to be a sailing boat loaded with over 500 kg of onions sails across from Roscoff to West Bay and is unloaded by hand. https://theonionjack.wixsite.com/festival
