Krause Glucke

A brolly walk in the rain under trees and it was like a "watch-and-hear-a-mushroom-grow-tour".
The rain and the mild temperatures have made the funghi grow - everywhere they are.

The one I liked best today is the "Krause Glucke" - in English the cauliflower mushroom. It is only the second time I've come across one.
I was tempted to take it home - it's a very good edible mushroom. But that would have been a first - when I go on mushroom hunt I only shoot and never pick.
