A visit to the nurse for blood tests then a trip into Stirling first thing. A lovely breakfast in Waitrose before we came home.

This afternoon we called in to see James and Annabelle. Poor wee James has had a sore leg so some ice cream was
called for!

Tonight when we arrived home from our walk Phil, Ali, Euan , Eve and Rosa arrived. They had been away to St Andrews for the day.
