Bright spots in our day

Today was hubby’s 6 month check up with his Huntington’s Disease specialist in Denver. We’ve been going there for 8 years now, and always look forward to these appointments because we are treated like family and are usually given solutions to try for our problems. Today was no different. We went with 3 concerns to talk about and got 8 new things to try! Wow, so much hope was offered, but it’s a bit overwhelming, too.

We left home at 6:30 am for our 8 am appointment and got home at 3 pm. Yes, no stone is left unturned at these appointments. So we stopped at our favorite donut shop for a little pick me up on the way home!
