Bass!

At the suggestion of a neighbour I went along for a taster session at the local Rock Choir. I had wanted to do barbershop singing again, but the nearest choruses were an hour drive away, and this one is 12 minutes, so in the short term, rock choir it is. Despite being diminutive in size, I have a very low singing voice, so have joined the lowest voice section. There only were two men, with another three ladies on the bottom harmony, and they made me feel very welcome. I’m now busily listening to recordings of their current repertoire and have worked out how to get them on my phone, so can listen as I travel. Will just have to be careful not to singalong if I’m on the bus.
