Wild, wet and windy

Aberdeenshire was battered by heavy rain today. We were lucky compared with other areas where flooding has taken place. Such a contrast to Turunç last week! When I first moved to the North East of Scotland in the early 1970s rain like this was unheard of. The east coast was dry and cold, foggy often but no torrential showers as is becoming the norm.
