Hanging basket watering system

I liked the minimalist look to this hanging from a roof under the hook for a hanging basket. As I was taking it, a young man stopped and asked what I was taking a photo of. Not the first time I've been asked that! When I showed him the original (extra), he said that it did look cool.
I added an oil paint filter.
