Cake At Break

Hey, it is Friday after all. Though this was my boss's slice from yesterday, but sadly for him he was off ill (lost his voice). Not so sadly for me he is off again today and the slice says "best before tomorrow". Literally.

I had my hand rebandaged by the workhouse nurse this morning and after yesterday's mishap the wound has healed up nicely. Better than I thought as the twisting screwdriver punctured my left hand web rather deeply. Still throbbing a bit, but the "coffee and walnut surprise" cake made up for it big time.

Bring on the weekend. Park Run tomorrow. New pagola roof too.
