sunny saturday

The plan was to spend the day doing as little as possible but that soon went out the window when blue skies were spotted this  morning! So it was a full on attack on the pruning front in the garden so the buddleia and honeysuckle got savaged and we lost count of how many green bags we filled before we ran out of energy to do more!

And this afternoon bunny decided to spend over an hour perusing(!) the garden so i was glad to spot this butterfly to keep me entertained. I'm sure the neighbours enjoyed my antics of moving a chair round the garden to get a good shot everytime the butterfly moved off to a different flower on the ivy!  Maybe tomorrow I'll be able to implement the 'do nothing' plan!
