Tenement close entrance, Pollokshields

This is one of the beautiful tenement closes (the shared buildings housing apartments) on Glencairn Drive, Pollokshields, Glasgow. Many of the flats along this particular street still have the original Charles Rennie Macintosh design details. 

I'm trying to drink in as much of Pollokshields as possible. After ten years living here I might be on the move to Stirlingshire. 

Shall find out on Monday if the offer on a house has been accepted. The offers over system in Scotland is not for the faint-hearted! I'm told there are five other interested parties.
