The Scottish Whisky Association did a reception in Parliament tonight. Its a huge industry in Scotland, a massive export earner - and My constituency is the home of The Famous Grouse - so I always like to touch base at their events.

Tonight, they had added a whisky tasting to the reception with four different whiskies to discuss.

The event was packed to the rafters and indeed, so over-subscribed that they had had to turn people away.

Can't for the life of me think why!
