“The Great Jackdini”

The Great Jackdini (as I call him) known simply as Jack to my children was born in 2010 on the same day as his human spirit (Harry Houdini) died... October 31st. Like Harry - Jack is in fact an accomplished illusionist (often purrrfectly mimicking the mannerisms of a feline) and a death defying stunt performer (climbing atop tree limbs & our neighbor’s roof); all the while noted especially for his sensational escape acts. No leash designed by man can hold him captive for long. He first attracted notice in his sleeping crate as a puppy, constantly managing to break free from within. Soon he extended his repertoire to include chewing through ropes & plastic tethers slung from any stationery solid object. His “straitjacket” harnesses were no match for his unique ability to exhale all his breath in order to make his mid-section as small as possible, allowing for a truly mind boggling escape once more. I imagine if he had to escape from and hold his breath inside a sealed milk can with water in it... no problem. The Great Jackdini is indeed a marvelous magician & man’s best friend!
