Twas a muddy affair...

...at Plean Parkrun this morning.

My first time running at Plean since February! Grateful I managed round without needing a wee walk.

Then it was off to Glasgow for another Heads race. The Rooster was only Rowing in the 2nd division today so that meant a later start...grateful for that too.
