Summer in October

It was just like a summer's day today, blues skies and warm, very  energizing.  I washed some curtains, made a pork and vegetable casserole and spent a couple of hours in the garden, clearing out dead material, weeds and leaves.......and sprinkled a few seeds around that I had been saving, or given. R has taken the tops off the two fir trees, so things are looking tidier now.  Amazed to see a couple of red admirals fluttering around the garden.........decided they took priority over tiny Tuesday this week......
