Sunny Autumn Day

One of the advantages of starting your working day at 6:30 is that you can leave just before 3 and get out and enjoy some sunshine.  And it was beautiful outside.  Really warm.

When I got off the bus, I heard a flock of cranes but by the time I had located them in the sky they were just tiny dots and my camera was still in my rucksack.  There were thousands of them but, like I say, miles away and really high up and effectively small dots.  

And I was really happy to get off the bus - I'm very wary of loud, drunk people and 2 of them were sat directly in front of me.  I mean, where else in an empty bus were they going to sit?  I know the type -  try to noise you up, get a reaction - these types haunted pubs  in Edinburgh and are easy to spot.  I just put on my no-reaction face and ignored them.  Arschlöcher.  I do hope they went off to play with the traffic on the Autobahn.

However, I'm really quite happy with this view.  That's much more representative of my life.
