Camas nan Geall

We took our second trip along the length of Ardnamurchan; this time to the small village of Sanna (see extra). A delightful, if remote, spot.

We stopped at Achnaha. It is in the centre of a ring of hills, the remnant of a very ancient volcano. It's hard to photograph, but the ring shows clearly on a map.

The sun came out briefly at the viewpoint above Camas nan Geall, and showed us what the scenery could be, in the right light. We'll have to come back for another view.
