White feather

I noticed this tiny white feather caught in our cotoneaster hedge yesterday and it was still there today, so I took that as a sign that I was meant to blip it.

The berries are more abundant than any previous years and I was wondering if they were perhaps poisonous to birds, but according to Google:

"This plant is often the first to be stripped of its bounty, as the nutritious berries are extremely popular with garden birds such as blackbirds, thrushes and waxwings."

Clearly not to the Balfron birds' taste!

Mabel is now back home and I move to Balmaha tomorrow, so there'll possibly be more (different) doggy blips for the next few days.
