the sky looks full of it

There's some fantastic looking foggy light illuminating pretty much everything today, with reports of lots of ice and snow in the coming days/weeks that could be set to last a month or more. Good for taking photographs and building snowmen, not so good for driving your Dad the 80 mile there-and-back-again needed for his thrice-weekly chemotherapy.

Went for my first run of the new year today after my asthma-attack-failed-attempt of yesterday. I was still very slow but managed 5ish miles ok without my airways tightening up. Let the training commence!!!
