Autumn extravaganza.

I am more of a Spring and Summer person, and although it is sad to see nature shutting down at this time of year, the colourful leaves are beautiful in their own special way. Pavements are covered with golden and russet leaves.
This morning is very crisp and cold with bright sunshine. I love mornings like this with such clear, clean light.
I can see Pendle Hill from my bedroom window.
The sparrows in the neighbourhood were flying in small family groups and the starlings are eating the fatballs avidly now it is getting colder.
