Monarch of the Square

I spent the afternoon today meeting up with my new photography group I've joined. We had a coffee then went our separate ways to take photos of the Grassmarket in Edinburgh and the streets around. We then load our best 3 into a private Flickr group for discussion at the next meeting.....my first go at this! I chose this as one of my 3 ....liked the colour on the statue and the depth of field. I'm getting better at being fully manual:)
