I've been seeing a dietician recently, regarding how I am 'dangerously underweight' (lies) but after only going to her twice it has got to the point where she does not know how to help me. She's telling me what I should eat and that's all she can do.

So I took matters into my own hands by creating a tick-sheet of everything I should be eating in a day. it's really quite useful in tracking how much I'm eating, and it shows that most of the time I eat less than I think I do.

But still, look at all those ticks!
