The Old Forge (Thursday 24th October 2019)

Diary blip. Despite a further tour of Calne this morning, including watching out for Perry Peregrine, I came home without anything I wanted to Blip, so here is the second of my three new blinds. This is from the end window in my study.

Lozarhythm Of The Day:
Clyde McPhatter and the Drifters - What'cha gonna do (recorded 24 October 1955)
Written and produced by Ahmet Ertegun and recorded for Atlantic on this day in 1955, this single provided the inspiration for Hank Ballard's The Twist, which set off a certain dance craze. In the UK it wasn't even released as a single.
