Tree Work

This tree, a Red Robin, I think, had grown too big and too close to our house, so it had to go.  We are quite sensitive about possible incursions by roots to our house, particularly close to the cellar, so we are being quite careful to prevent damage.

The house was a pub, with an external entrance to the cellar which is now covered with soil and had a lilac thriving over the top; that had to go as well, regrettably . . .
