Good call

When the garden was redesigned I was keen to remove this amelanchier but persuaded to give it a reprieve. Now that it's got some space to show off I'm glad I listened (for once) as it's really setting this part of the garden alight. In fact, I think the whole garden is currently at its best despite a bit of light pruning already from Berry (alongside her flumping activities). Ah well, ther plants will doubtless recover.

Catching up with maintenance type appointments this morning then home. A beautiful autumn day so plenty of garden playing for Berry and me.
