Climate Emergency.

Liverpool City Council has declared a "climate emergency" and yet it is still pressing ahead for a new dual carriageway to connect the new bridge at Runcorn with the city centre, approaching at the southern end. And this is a city (lovely as it is!) with what must be the poorest provision for bike lanes in the UK ( and therefore in Europe), and the worst record for bike accidents.
