More autumn

Another day of weather more in keeping with winter than autumn! I moved many plants indoors or close to indoors this afternoon. The good news is that the wasps in my compost heap also seem to be getting fed up with the weather and moving out :-)

Mrs WW had 2 hospital appointments booked for today, 1 at 9.30 and another at 5pm. At the 9.30 nurse check-up / blood test we told the nurse about the 5pm oncology appointment, amazingly they managed to get us to see the oncology Dr at 10.30 so no 2nd visit required. That saved us a good couple of hours and the stress of another journey and car parking. We've had some great service from the nhs lately :-) The oncology Dr is also pleased with how Mrs WW is progressing :-))

The blip is of the Azalea plant we bought in the spring also preparing for darker days, I wonder how the hole appeared...
