Overnight Oats

My new love!

50g Porridge Oats
50g Zero Fat Yogurt
60g Almond Milk
10 Blackberries

Mix together in a jar and screw top on.
Place in the fridge and leave overnight.
In the morning add a dash more almond milk and still until it is a nice sloppy constistancy.
Enjoy. Or take to work and enjoy!

This is great because you can use and flavour yogurt and any fruit you like.

Addinf cinnamon and sultanas is a nice mix too!
