Pink Snow.....

We have had a fine sunny day here but with a strong northerly wind. The wind is blowing petals off the flowering cherry tree and they are falling to the lawn and patio and settling in some places like a thick carpet. Very pretty but needing to be swept up and spread under the trees and garden like pink snow. We are still reeling at the All Blacks defeat in the World Rugby Cup. But the English was the far better team on the day. We hope they get to play Wales in the final.
