Norland Moor - rocks, puddles, bogs and dogs

SUNDAY

Went for a run over the moor and then raked the leaves from the lawns. 17,000 steps before breakfast.

The blip was taken on Norland Moor around 8:30 am. Some paths were rocky, others were boggy and some had just turned into streams.

Managed to complete the 10.5 km run in just under an hour.
