A view from St Swithin

Countesswells

We had the family in for lunch today so I was sent off with the pup to Countesswells forest early this morning to enable the Chief to get on with the preparations .
The forest was fairly quiet for a Sunday with not a lot of doggies for Brodie to play with . Maybe folk were making the most of the extra hour in bed due to the clocks changing last night . One of the benefits of being up and about fairly early was the weather was good with some nice light for the odd blip .
Our lunch went well ( my little sister is up for a few days ) and we had 11 around the dining room table for a meal . I also got the malt out at the end of the meal - always a good sign of an excellent meal .
