Apple cake

After a long 3 hour walk this morning I felt like baking. We have loads of cooking apples from a tree in our garden to use up so Apple cake it was.
I haven't baked for ages as my last oven was awful.
Now I have a new cooker I feel I have got my baking mojo back.
