An apple a day

I so wish the saying "An apple a day keeps the doctor away" was true, I have lots of fruit each day, but today I have come down with a cold and cough so feel pretty rough.

Sorry for not being around much at the moment, I have quite a flaky internet connection at present and it is difficult uploading and even viewing photos, it seems to take forever, oh how I LOVE the fast connection we have at home.
