Improving

Mack is continuing to make some progress. He is now off the oxygen and the IV fluids and the heart rate monitors. He only has a cannula in one hand now and is taking 32 mls milk every 2 hours.

On the downside, we won't be going home anytime soon. He needs 14 days on the IV antibiotics so we're not even half way there yet. Staph Aureus is a vigorous bug and if not treated properly can reoccur, hence the 14 days of treatment.

Kerr started back at his swimming classes today with cousin Lucy. They have a new teacher this term and there are now 6 children in the class. Gran and Grandpa took them and reported that all went well.
