Small Steps

It's been 10 weeks since we last had a cigarette.

Beloved is doing really well, there's just one point in the day when it gets to her.

I've done OK, until this past few days when I could quite easily gone out and bought a packet of ciggies. I don't know what's brought it on, I'm still taking the tablets, so I'll just have to fight it.
