Fourteen Tons

The maximum allowed weight of this container is fourteen tons, I understand from talking to one of the staff at the local tip. That means that there is a lot of energy going into the operation of this hooked arm. Apparently the garden waste containers can easily reach sixteen tons, over the limit by quite a margin.
