Riverside Museum, Glasgow, Scotland, UK

A place I absolutely love and you can snap away in till your heart's content. Outside is all cityscape against the river and gorgeous reflections on the museum's huge windows. Inside more modes of transport (imaginatively presented) and street/cinema/cafe/shop etc mocks up etc than you can shake a stick at. And it's free. Great cafe 'restaurant' downstairs, wee one up. Things for kids to do (schools were having a rare time!). Nice staff too. Get 100 bus from George Square straight there or get to Partick and hoof it.
