A Day of Contrasts

When I got up this morning and peered outside, the street was wet. Shortly after that it started snowing quite heavily, and by the time I left to go to my pétanque game, there was a thick layer of slushy snow on the car. We played in the rain until the halftime break, and enjoyed sunshine for a while before it turned grey again.

I was very surprised by Cynthia's chilly blip photo, taken at home late in the morning, then had yet another surprise when the sun reappeared as we were enjoying lunch -- giving me my blip.
