Old Fashioned Tree Surgery

Apparently this was the method used in the 70s to preserve trees. They'd cut out the rotten bit and build these little stone walls inside the tree.

Better day today. I just have to keep asking questions and not being afraid. And work ended at a decent time so I could walk home in daylight.

Keeping this short today as I am actually really tired.
